Rifle Chamber Reaming

• Includes tenon threading, chamber reaming and counterbore if necessary.
• Barrel is indicated to within .0002″ in proprietary fixturing prior to any work being done. Chamber is cut to nominal SAAMI headspace, honed, and inspected using the supplied action. Class 3A tenon threads are single point cut for a perfect connection to the barrel. 
• ***Price is for Remington 700 style actions. Actions requiring additional machine work for extractor relief, etc., will be subject to additional fees.

Muzzle Threading (Bolt Action)

• Single point cut class 3A muzzle threads to customer specified thread pitch and diameter. An 11 degree target crown is standard.

Muzzle Brake Install (TPM Supplied 3 Port Brake – Bolt Action Only)

• Single point cut class 3A muzzle threads to customer specified thread pitch and diameter. An 11 degree target crown is standard.
• Custom stainless steel 3-port brake machined for proper timing, fit to barrel outside diameter.

Cerakote – Barreled Action (Bolt Action)

• Barreled action degreased, critical areas masked and plugged for protection and all parts to be painted media blasted with 100 grit aluminum oxide. Parts are HVLP sprayed and cured to Cerakote specification and inspected for quality. Single color only. 

Cerakote – Rifle Barrel Only
